Return Policy

Easy For You Return Policy: If for any reason you wish to return your chair, in most instances we can schedule a pick up of your item. Once the item/items have been returned to us, we will refund your purchase price minus the return freight cost. All merchandise must be received back to us in the condition and cartons in which it was sent. Products designated as Special Order/Custom Order cannot be returned. Please contact the Corporate Office Chairs support department at support@corporateofficechairs.com within 30 days of delivery for a return authorization number. In the event your chair is defective or damaged in shipping we will promptly ship replacement parts. We reserve the right to bill you for shipping charges on refused shipments that are not damaged.
